Hotel Palace Royal Centre-Ville Quebec Par Jaro - Quebec City

We enjoyed the pool and the dry sauna after walking in the cold. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after being out all day. I liked that we were a short walk from the restaurants and shops, which gave a glimpse into local life.

The bathroom could use some updates, and we had an issue with parking that complicated our arrival.

Great location but disappointing service and cleanliness

We enjoyed the convenient location of our stay, being close to many attractions and having spacious rooms. The check-in process took an unacceptable amount of time, and the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with unemptied trash and lack of basic amenities like hand soap. Unfortunately, this affected our overall experience, as we expected more for the price we paid.

The hotel was fairly clean, 1st class, had helpful staff at reception desk. I truly enjoyed the fact that a bus stop was near the property.

Ordered breakfast, it was not so good, it should be better, really.

Reasonably priced place, had a real good stay for a family vacation. The restaurant was nice which was excellent food and service, we ordered savoury dishes. We had an incredibly beautiful view to old town and a comfy bed. The location was magnificent and best possible, you can visit The Citadel of Quebec by walking.

Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

It has excellent location to see Morrin Centre.

For a quieter experience, request a room facing the street rather than the pool area to avoid noise during evening hours.

The hotel's elegant décor and beautiful indoor pool area were cute. The easy access to nearby sights made it convenient for us to explore the lovely streets of Quebec City.

More seating options in common areas would be nice.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of nearby attractions. The classic room was spacious, with a cozy feel and a lovely view. The staff were friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Kids loved the pool, and it was perfect for our family.

Spacious suite with a balcony overlooking the pool. Loved the comfy bed and luxury linens. Room had a tv, coffee machine, and private bathroom. Convenient location for exploring the city. Check-in was easy and staff were helpful. Onsite parking a plus. Breakfast on the balcony was a highlight.

Location just a block from the old city. Room cleanliness could use improvement. Didn't notice my room was cleaned until later in the day.

Really good Experience with Nice Amenities!

The spacious balcony provided fine views, ideal for morning coffee. The pool area was a hit with the kids, and we loved the nearby cafés for delicious pastries. Pro tip, don't miss the local shops just a short walk away!
